Typically when a client comes across Flair of Country Catering they would like to see a menu and learn more about our services. The best way to reach us for menu information and availability is by phone or e-mail. Feel free to look over our website as we have many pictures of our events and a list of sample menus to help you learn more about us. We tailor each menu to each client; any two menus are rarely the same.

After you have contacted Flair of Country Catering, we will ask you a series of questions to help plan your menu. Questions like:

  • What are your favorite foods?
  • What type of event are you planning? Date? Time? Place?
  • Who will be in attendance?
  • What is your budget?

We use your answers to these questions as a way to gain an insight on how we can best serve you and your guests. We will suggest seasonal menu options and send you a proposal for your review and approval. The first proposed menu is used as a baseline for you to adjust and discuss with us as necessary.

Prior to your event, we will contact you to confirm your final numbers and answer any additional questions you may have.
