Our goal is to create a menu based on your particular wants and needs. We would love to cook up any of our menu items we have listed, but we also enjoy stepping away from our list and working with you to provide a unique and innovative menu just for your important event. Full Service Events at Your Venue or Ours
Whether you are hosting at a venue without a kitchen, or even in your backyard, we have you covered. Our state-of-the-art mobile kitchens allow us to prepare your menu right outside. This means that no matter where you are hosting your event, our food remains fresh, hot and consistent. Flair of Country’s unique business concept allows an experience you will find only with us.
Aside from our customizable menus, we offer services tailored to your specific needs. From disposable dinnerware to china and quality linens, Flair of Country’s knowledgeable team guarantees a simple planning experience.
There will be little for you to worry about with on-site catering and staff
Flair of Country’s Event Facility, conveniently located at John Murtha Johnstown–Cambria County Airport, is a private, comfortable setting that is perfect for a variety of events. Our main dining room is intimate enough for small gatherings, but can accommodate up to 100 guests. With addition of our seasonal atrium & patio, the event facility’s maximum capacity is 140 guests. Quality audio & visual equipment make our event facility perfect for meetings and training seminars.
With Flair of Country’s on-site catering and staff, there will be little for you to worry about. We offer the same great menus as our mobile catering, prepared on-site by our talented chefs.
