We aren’t your “typical” caterers. Our founders, Corey and Mindi, established Flair of Country with the intentions of changing the culinary palate of our clients. Our menus expand to offer a variety of different options; whether you are looking for a formal dinner for your wedding or a cookout for a family reunion in your backyard – we have the menu for you. Our concept revolves around always providing fresh food for our clients. What do we mean by “fresh” food? We care so much about the quality of the food we serve at events that we drove 18 hours to Florida, designed a mobile commercial kitchen, and drove it back across six states (twice). Our mobile trailers allow us to cook all of our catered meals in a kitchen and serve every meal straight out of the oven regardless of where your event takes us. This is where Flair of Country stands out above the rest. Though we are a relatively young company, in a few short years we have already made a big name for ourselves.

When Flair of Country prepares your menu on-site during your event it means your guests are served quality and consistent dishes whether they are at the beginning or end of the buffet line. Traditional catering at an off-site location leaves downtime between the kitchen and your plate due to travel. Flair of Country’s mobile kitchens totally eliminate any loss in temperature or freshness in the meals we serve.
Our uniquely designed mobile kitchens give Flair of Country the chance to offer a variety of unique and fresh menus and allow us to cook in the middle of a field if that is where your event takes us. Yes, you read that correctly, we can cook anywhere! Our trailers are fully sustainable commercial kitchens with their own power and water.

Custom Mobile Kitchens
Flair of Country’s two mobile kitchens were custom designed by Corey and Mindi to establish our concept, unique menus prepared on site. The addition of our mobile kitchens allows FOC to serve fresh, high quality recipes to you and your guests every single time.
The larger of the two mobile kitchens is an 8’x24’ commercial kitchen in a tow-behind trailer. This kitchen is used for our larger events, and can efficiently serve 250 guests or more. We typically use this kitchen for our more formal events, as it has ample convection ovens to prepare our signature dinner recipes.
FOC’s second mobile kitchen, which we lovingly refer to as the “BBQ trailer”, measures in at 8’x20’ and is used for some of our smaller events with under 150 guests. This kitchen is equipped with a large commercial grill which we frequently use for our BBQ recipes. The BBQ mobile kitchen can often be found at picnics, graduation parties and BBQ style weddings.
Our mobile kitchens are completely self reliant with their own refrigeration, water, propane and electric. These features allow Flair of Country to cater events in unique locations or venues without a commercial kitchen.
