MOBILE KITCHEN vs. FOOD TRUCK

The most simple way to explain the difference is that Flair of Country uses our mobile kitchens to prepare meals at private, catered events, while our food truck is open to the public when we are parked around town.

OUR FOOD TRUCK IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC & READY TO SERVE!

We sometimes utilize our mobile kitchens as a Food Truck to give you a taste of our recipes, without having to book an event.

You can find us open to the public in a few of our usual spots typically on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Having a Food Truck allows us to explore and change menus often and according to the seasons. More importantly, it allows you to try new menu items and fulfill your BBQ cravings!

While our menu is frequently changed to fit the seasons and your tastebuds, these are the items you can typically find at our Food Truck.

Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Platter
Applewood smoked pulled pork, pepperjack cheese and homemade BBQ sauce on grilled Texas Toast. Served with homemade macaroni & cheese or seasonal soup and creamy coleslaw.

Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich
Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork, topped with our homemade barbecue sauce and sweet southern slaw

Shredded Barbecue Beef Sandwich
Slow Roasted Beef Top Round, shredded, topped with our homemade barbecue sauce and sweet southern slaw

Featured Wraps
A rotating variety of your favorite wraps including: Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken, Turkey Bacon Ranch, Roast Beef, and Italian

Seasonal Salad
A rotating variety of FOC’s premium salads: Spring Berry Salad, Citrus Berry Salad, BBQ Pit Salad, Honeycrisp Salad or FOC’s Autumn Salad

Cowboy Baked Beans
Flair of Country’s homemade recipe with four varieties of beans and our homemade BBQ sauce

Homemade Macaroni & Cheese
Classic, comforting homemade macaroni & cheese made with FOC’s secret cheese sauce

Grilled Potato Salad
Roasted red skin potatoes and caramelized onions tossed in our creamy bacon sauce and served hot

Seasonal Soup
A rotating variety of FOC’s premium soups: Creamy Tomato Bisque, Chicken Tortellini, Italian Wedding or Butternut Squash Bisque

Broccoli Salad
Broccoli, smoked cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, tomatoes, dried cranberries, tossed in creamy dressing

Creamy Coleslaw
Creamy, crunchy coleslaw made with freshly chopped cabbage and carrots blended with FOC’s own dressing
